Frozen food distributor Central Foods has launched individual portions of its most popular flavour of roulade.
Gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians, the hand-rolled and finished Menuserve raspberry and white chocolate roulades are now available in individual 90g portions for foodservice operators.
The meringue roulades are filled with fresh whipped cream, home-made raspberry sauce and white chocolate chips….creating a super centre-of-the-plate dessert that both looks and tastes delicious.
