The latest stage of Charterpoint’s thriving housing development in Louth, Lincolnshire, is poised to get under way.

Planning permission was granted for 240 houses at Westfield Park in 2018, with Snape Properties starting work on site soon after.

The contractor built an initial 120 homes and now Snape Properties has taken another 40 plots on the site, paving the way for the construction of the next phase of the development which is in the premier area of Louth.

Adrian Goose, Chief Executive of the Charterpoint Group, said: “Westfield Park is a fantastic site and it’s wonderful to see that the homes on the development are proving desirable and are being snapped up fast. Already it’s become a thriving community.

“We’re delighted that Snape Properties has started the next phase of the development to provide more homes for families in the Louth area.”

A two-storey, 66-bed care home is also being built on the site, with completion expected in summer 2021.

Charterpoint, which is based at Edwalton near Nottingham, specialises in developing first-class senior living accommodation, sustainable housing schemes, and primary care premises. Snape Properties is a Lincolnshire-based house builder.
