PAB Languages Centre, a long-standing member of East Midlands Chamber of Commerce, is celebrating after receiving the results of its first annual customer feedback survey.
The company launched The Future Of Our Brand Starts With You survey in August and has plans to continue and release new reports each year in October.
The results of the review has revealed that 100% of its customers said that PAB was either ‘very easy’ or ‘easy’ to work with.
Some 82% strongly agreed that PAB responds fast to enquiries. The results revealed that 100% of projects to date have been completed by PAB translators within agreed client timescales.
Overall, 91% of clients scored their experience with PAB Languages as ten out of ten, with the remaining giving it a score of eight or nine.
The survey results are the second piece of recent good news highlighting the company’s outstanding customer service – in September, PAB Languages was shortlisted for the Excellence in Customer Service Award by the Signature Awards London (2022).

The company, which has a team of native-speaking linguists, provides expert language support in more than 200 languages and cross-cultural awareness assistance to businesses and government bodies. It has offices in Nottingham, Boston in Lincolnshire, Colchester, Leeds, Peterborough, Warsaw and Olsztyn in Poland, Berlin in Germany, and Lisbon in Portugal. The results of The Future Of Our Brand Starts With You survey revealed that over 60% of clients come to PAB following recommendation by another organisation, with nearly 15% of clients doing business with PAB after taking part in the company’s free Celebrating Cultural and Language Diversity seminars, with the remainder finding PAB via Search engines and networking.
